Lauren Valentino is one of the most sought-after female-focused nutrition coaches in the industry today. Lauren has over 14 years of experience helping thousands of women reach (and keep) their personal health and body goals.
Her obsession with nutrition and functional health is in her blood. Growing up with a bodybuilding enthusiast Chiropractor as a father and a pioneer of the medical massage therapist industry for a mother it’s safe to say that her passion to help others courses through her veins.
Lauren’s current nutrition methodology is a unique blend of all of her credentials. Prior to obtaining certifications in nutrition and advanced personal training she owned and operated Essential Therapeutics Wellness where she practiced as a Medical Massage Therapist. During that time she expanded her learning to acquire over 20 subsets of that degree ranging from Pregnancy & PostPartum, Myofascial Release, Reiki Energy Work, and more.
Lauren is also a highly decorated athlete. Fiercely competitive by nature, and sharing her family's passion for bodybuilding she began competing in NPC Figure competitions in her early twenties. Lauren holds many multi-state Overall titles in the Figure Division. After competing for several years and having two boys in between she fixed her sights on achieving her Professional Status after becoming a mom.
She earned her IFBB Professional Status in 2014 by besting over 300 nationally qualified figure athletes. She not only won her height class but also the Overall Title at the North American Championships.
This was a powerful moment for her. It was only after winning the most prestigious title in her industry and reaching her own pinnacle that she knew for certain, her dream had changed.
The joy of pursuing her own goals paled in comparison to the fulfillment she had inspiring other women. She lit up inside helping others achieve the body of their dreams.

You see, she was addicted to the “ripple effect” of helping others.
She wanted to show other women how easy it can be to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
She wanted to teach women the skills they need to be unapologetically strong, energized, and love their bodies!
Her vision was to bring women together from all over the world in a powerful and positive space they could connect and support each other on a daily basis.

She also has played an integral part in building and co-owning the TruFit Gym brand that has multiple locations throughout Eastern North Carolina.
As a busy entrepreneur and mother to two full-throttle boys, Lauren deeply understands the pressure and struggles of time management that women face today to stay fit and eat well.
