My new book LIFT “All The Things” – The Ultimate (in gym) Workout Guide To Sculp The Hottest You And Make You Stronger Too is complete but just getting final touches and will be officially launched next Monday and I can’t wait to get that out to you all!

Watch for it next Monday but in the meantime and in honor of Fall since I absolutely love this time of year with all of the beautiful and amazing changes going on I’m going to share with you 2 of my favorite healthy recipes from My fall Smoothies Recipes & My Healthy Oatmeal breakfast blog posts.
LV’s Pumpkin Spice Pie Shake
- 1 cup of water
- A handful of ice cubes
- ½ Cup Vanilla Plain Kefir
- ½ cup Plain Pumpkin Puree
- 10 steamed baby Carrots
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder (or great lakes collagen)
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp peeled/minced ginger
- 1 TBSP Honey if desired
-Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy

PRETTY AS A PEACH OVERNIGHT OATS (Prep the night before)
NEEDED:
- Glass Jar, OR Glass ‘on the go’ bowl
- Old Fashioned Oats 40 grams OR ½ cup
- 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk (or water works just fine)
- Cinnamon
- Dash of Citrus Zest
- ½ Tsp Vanilla
- 1 TBSP Chopped Pecans
- ½ Medium Peach, Diced
STEPS:
*Here’s my favorite part. Throw it all in a jar or glass bowl. Cover with an airtight lid. Then shake it like a salt shaker, that’s right girl,… SHAKE IT! Put in your fridge, eat in the morning.
