The time is almost here and I get to share my favorite Fall Smoothie Recipes.
READY OR NOT HERE I COME…. 🎶🎶🎶 APPLE PEACHES PUMPKIN PIE….
In case that was before your time, that was a great song! Google it ☺
Just in case you were unaware, the first official day of fall in 2019 is September 23. I love fall! It’s my favorite season, as summer melts into autumn leaves on the trees and crisp cool mornings. I think we can all agree with the brilliant flavors that signify the turn to sweater weather is an anticipated delight.
I love a good smoothie full of real, live, fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients. Smoothies are an excellent way to get in macros, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and greens into my kiddos as well.
Adopt the mindset of refusing to dump protein powder in water, shake and go. Ya gotta fall in love with the ‘art form of the shake’. 😉 I like to see just how much nutrients I can pack into a shake within my macro goals, then I work on perfecting the taste.
Here are my top 5 favorite Fall Smoothie Recipes that I’ve perfected over the years! Trust me when I say, they’re perfect. Feel free to experiment, edit, and make them your own. But most of all, Enjoy!
