A variety of factors matter in the success of your plan; different genetic predispositions, age, gender, goals, lifestyle demands, work schedules, injury history, etc.  When these parts are integrated into the design of your personal plan, results happen fast!
Let me take the stress and guesswork away. 
I start with a macro-based approach: (ranging from specific – flexible depending on your goals - don't worry you won't be tracking calories) I look to improve your digestion, recovery and soreness, energy levels, hormone balance, sleep, and much more.

Month 1

  • We will start with your "New Client Consult" (this is my favvvvorite part)
  • Set aside 50-60 minutes for this call. We review your intake form, hormone intake, lab work (if you have it), and map out your goals. I then create a custom-tailored food, fitness, and lifestyle plan for you that you will love.
  • 30-50 minute weekly check-in calls.
  • Your NEW weekly tailored nutrition plan, and exercise guidelines, are updated from our check-in call and emailed to you that same day
  • Suggestions regarding hydration, food timing, supplementation, training, and cardio

 

Month 2

  • 30-50 minute weekly check-in call
  • Your weekly personally tailored nutrition plan, and exercise guidelines, updated and emailed to you
  • Suggestions regarding hydration, food timing, supplementation, training, and cardio
  • Troubleshoot and bust through any plateaus
  • Optimize sleep, digestion, elimination, N.E.A.T., training, and cardio

 

My main goals in this plan are to provide you with accountability, open communication, and solid education. I want you to ‘graduate’ from handheld assistance to confidentially ‘navigating life’ on your own. I want you to really learn your body, love your body, and experience freedom to live your life as the best version of YOU!!
