  • 1 lb Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 6 cups Shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup Mandarin oranges
  • cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Small Can Water chestnuts

Satay Dressing

  • ½ cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Honey (or monk fruit sweetener)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • ¼ tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 Clove garlic roughly chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp water or coconut milk (if needed)
