Pumped Up Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 handful Ice
  • ½ cup Vanilla or Plain Kefir
  • ½ cup Plain Pumpkin Puree
  • 10 steamed Baby Carrots
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Peeled/Minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey (if desired)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
