Spiced Ginger Peach

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk (or water)
  • 2 cups Organic Fozen Peaches
  • 1 organic Fresh Fuzzy Peach (optional but makes it oh so delish)
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Peeled/Minced Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey (if desired)

Instructions

  • Blend fresh and frozen peaches, spinach, milk/water, protein powder, cinnamon, and ginger until smooth and color is consistent throughout.
  • Taste, add honey and more cinnamon or ginger if desired.
