Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Ice
  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ small Avocado
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger or 1 tsp Peeled or Minced Fresh Ginger
  • tsp Nutmeg
  • tsp Cloves
  • tsp himalayan Sea Salt

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
