Here are my Top 5 Healthy Smoothie Recipes Perfect for Fall that I’ve created over the years! Trust me when I say, they’re perfect!
Pumped Up Pumpkin Spice
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 handful Ice
- ½ cup Vanilla or Plain Kefir
- ½ cup Plain Pumpkin Puree
- 10 steamed Baby Carrots
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Peeled/Minced Ginger
- 1 tbsp Honey (if desired)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Butter Pecan Pie
Ingredients
